People, Place and Policy (PPP) is an open-access journal. All content is freely available online without charge to readers or their institutions.

Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and otherwise use published articles for any lawful purpose without seeking prior permission from the author or publisher.

Authors may deposit pre-print, post-print, and published versions of their work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, pre-print servers, and personal websites without embargo.
